Comprehensive Paediatric Speech Pathology Services
Speech Sounds
We provide articulation therapy that helps children with speech sound disorders to produce sounds correctly. Our therapists work with children to help them develop the correct placement and movement of the tongue, lips, and jaw to produce accurate speech sounds.
Language
Our language therapy services are designed to help children with language delays or disorders to develop the skills needed to communicate effectively. We work with children to improve their ability to understand and use language in a variety of settings.
Stuttering
We offer fluency therapy to help children who stutter to speak more fluently. Our therapists are trained in the Lidcombe Program and use a variety of strategies to help children reduce stuttering and communicate more effectively.
Literacy
We support the development of a child's literacy skills. This incorporates reading, writing and spelling. Literacy is a fundamental skill and assists in everyday activities such as learning, working and communicating. Having the ability to read and write is essential for adults to participate fully in life, education and learning.
